Changing and Cancelling Your Reservation
Lady Denok Phinisi
General Booking, Cancellation, Payment and others policies – effective date March 2016
Acceptance of the booking means that you and or your agent agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below in their entirety. Payments are to be made by telegraphic transfer in US$, remitter pays all charges, to the account indicated on your invoice only. Please send copy of your transfer advice by scan email as soon as you process payment.
Sorry we do not accept personal cheques or traveller`s cheques. On board sales are accepted in Euros, US dollars , Indonesian rupiah and by credit card.
Lady Denok Liveaboard reserves the right to alter published rates without prior notice and/or to introduce any other fees as necessary eg fuel surcharges. Lady Deno Liveaboard is held accountable solely to the laws of Indonesia.
Any contractual laws from other countries remain the responsibility of the agent to manage. National Park & Port fees are subject to increase and/or amendment by government policy and are out of the control of Lady Denok Liveaboard.
When you accept this booking , you accept that it represents you/your company not that of the individual guest andtherefore you/your company remain responsible for any/all payments no later than on or by the due date.Cruise price includes: transfer to/from the vessel on departure/arrival days as per each cruise destination allowances , all meals & snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks and drinking water, tanks, weights, weight belts and diving with experienced and certified Divemasters
Cruise price does not include: Any applicable fuel surcharge, transfers to/from anywhere outside the cruise free transfer zone as per our information packs, equipment rental, any on board courses and national park/port fees (see below)
Important Notes :-
National Park/Port Fees- payable on boarding:
Raja Ampat, Ambon, Lembeh and Biodiversity Cruises US$ 225 – 450
Komodo : US$ 160 – 225
Guests are strongly advised to have valid dive medical, travel and cancellation insurances.
Hotel/airport transfer information is required a minimum of 1 week prior to the cruise.
Guest Information forms must be submitted to Lady Denok Liveaboards by email no later than 1 month prior to the cruise.
When checking in, all divers are required to complete a liability release waiver and to show proof of diving certification and dive medical insurance such as PADI, Dan or equivalent. Please have these available in your hand luggage.
Lady Denok Liveaboard reserves the right to cancel any trip if there are less than the equivalent of 2 cabin guests.
Lady Denok Liveaboard will do their best to transfer the guest to a vessel the company deems to be of similar or better standard. Alternatively we may ask the guest to transfer to the date before/after the cruise. In the event none of these options are possible, we will offer a full refund (please allow maximum 2 weeks processing time)
Lady Denok Liveaboard does not accept any legal liability for loss or damage to any luggage/dive equipment while being transferred to or from the vessel nor while on board. Lady Denok Liveaboard will offer any assistance possible to help with any insurance claims for lost or damaged property.
Payment and cancellations – the fine print :
FIT Bookings ):
Deposit

100% payment within 2-3 days of booking or prior to
boarding if booked less than 48 hours prior to departure
Cancellations:
More than 90 days prior departure:
Refund of deposit less US$150.00 administration charge
90 to 60 days prior departure:
Deposit lost
Less than 60 days prior departure: No Refund
Full Boat Charter or Group Bookings
(8 pax or 12 pax :
10% non-refundable deposit is required within 10 business days of booking.If not received with 10 days, the cruise will automatically be released and the space made available for resale. The next 25% of the total cost to be paid no less than 120 days before the cruise departure date. The balance 65% of the total cost, is payable a minimum of 90 days prior to the cruise.
Cancellations:
More than 120 days before the departure date, all payments will be refunded, less the 10% initial deposit.
Less than 120 days but more than 90 days before the departure date all payments will be refunded,
less 35% of the total cost. If a cancellation is made for part of the group then the refund will be pro-rated
accordingly ie. All payments for the cancelling guests will be refunded less 35% of the total cost of each
cancelled guest. Less than 90 days before the departure date, no refunds will be made.
Other Services : Terms and Conditions
Hotels, Tours and Transfers:-
Full payment is required a minimum of 60 days prior to your check in/tour day. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to the activity – payment is due within 2-3 days of invoicing
Failure to comply with prepayment terms may result in the cancellation of any reservations made on your behalf Hotels require complete rooming lists a minimum of 1 month prior for group bookings
Cancellation Policy: More than 15 days prior to service: full refund less euros 20 admin fees; No refund for cancellation of 14 days or less to the activity date
Airline Tickets:
Tickets must be confirmed within 48 hours of request to ensure the same rate and are subject to availability at time of confirmation
Tickets confirmed more than 48 hours after our quote are subject to fare and class change on rebooking with the airline Ticket rates include a nominal service fee of US$25.00/per person/per ticket
Airport taxes are not included and are required to be paid prior to boarding at the airports
Tickets are reroutable during the ticket`s validity dates subject to acceptance by the booked airline
Airlines will apply an administration fee for any changes to date, class, route and the guest will be required to pay such charges as required by the airline plus US$25.00/per person/per ticket service fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be paid as per each airline`s policy as shown on the tickets from the basic fare (before tax) less the
US$25.00/per person/per ticket service fee.
Lastly, Lady Denok Phinisi, its Indonesia operations company do not offer
refunds in the event of personal injury, airplane delay, breakdowns, weather, sickness, strikes, war, criminal acts, quarantine, acts of god, if another guest requires immediate evacuation and the vessel must return to port or any other event beyond theCompany`s actual control
